This also has a huge impact on families who have lost there homes from foreclosures. There are many people out of work and homeless because of there mortgage rates being to high and being unable to refinance there homes. This also stings home buyers for this upcoming home buying season. No one will be able to afford houses with an increasing mortgage rate.
This article targets only the business aspect of buying homes. I wish they would discuss more the consequences of families and unemployed individuals who have suffered from this. High unemployment rates also has a huge impact on buying homes because no one has that kind of money in this economic crash. In the end it is children who are having to suffer from what they cannot control and there is nothing a child can do about being homeless.
I think that this whole housing, forclosure, loosing home deal is horrible. Its ridiculous the amount of people loosing their homes due to this and I know how hard it is to try to sell a home becuase my parents are in the process of trying to sell their home because they don't want to like in Lakeview anymore. I always get this thought that if there are so many forclosed homes and no one to buy them, let people who have lost their home live in them and make small payments and maybe there would be less homeless people. But thats only going to happen in a million years or a dream. The housing market is a frustrating thing to deal with and I think that there should be a little more better news then always putting people down with the bad news.
